# Share Me vs QuickDrop

The clearest difference is ads: QuickDrop at none against Share Me's shown. QuickDrop also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 3 months) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Share Me sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and QuickDrop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QuickDrop holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QuickDrop has 126 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of Share Me's written reviews are positive against 68% of QuickDrop's.

Share Me ships an update every 3 months, QuickDrop every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
