# Cortland Connect vs POLISHED

The clearest difference is ads: Cortland Connect at none against POLISHED's shown. Cortland Connect also leads on ratings volume (5.1K vs 3) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). POLISHED's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Cortland Connect against 5.0 for POLISHED. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cortland Connect has 5.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
