# Sugar vs Recs

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Recs at 100% against Sugar's 32%. Recs also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.4) and device support (3 vs 1). Sugar's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Recs holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 4 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 32% of Sugar's written reviews are positive against 100% of Recs's.
