# M vs MP3 Converter

The clearest difference is rating: MP3 Converter at 4.9 against M's 2.5. M's advantage is review sentiment (38% vs 0%) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MP3 Converter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. M asks for nothing beyond the download.

MP3 Converter holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 21 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of M's written reviews are positive against 0% of MP3 Converter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

M ships an update every 2 weeks, MP3 Converter weekly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
