# Gossip. vs Roasted

The clearest difference is update cadence: Roasted at every 4 days against Gossip.'s monthly. Roasted also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 85%). Gossip.'s advantage is ratings volume (641 vs 16) and chart position (#191 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gossip. sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Roasted sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Gossip. against 4.5 for Roasted. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gossip. has 641 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 85% of Gossip.'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Roasted's.

Gossip. ships an update monthly, Roasted every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
