# AnimCreate vs ArtKritic

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AnimCreate at 60% against ArtKritic's 0%. AnimCreate also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). ArtKritic's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.3) and update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AnimCreate sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year and ArtKritic sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ArtKritic holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AnimCreate has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of AnimCreate's written reviews are positive against 0% of ArtKritic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AnimCreate ships an update fortnightly, ArtKritic every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
