# SolFit vs FORM YPS

The clearest difference is update cadence: FORM YPS at every 4 weeks against SolFit's every 5 months. FORM YPS also leads on ratings volume (96 vs 1). SolFit's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for SolFit against 5.0 for FORM YPS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FORM YPS has 96 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SolFit ships an update every 5 months, FORM YPS every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
