# Freckle vs Pezzos

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pezzos at daily against Freckle's every 8 months. Freckle's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Freckle sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pezzos sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Freckle ships an update every 8 months, Pezzos daily. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
