# Block Design Test Practice vs WordLeaf

The clearest difference is update cadence: WordLeaf at every 2 days against Block Design Test Practice's every 6 weeks. Block Design Test Practice's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Block Design Test Practice sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and WordLeaf sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Block Design Test Practice ships an update every 6 weeks, WordLeaf every 2 days. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
