The clearest difference is rating: 247Compliance at 5.0 against SHRM Events's 4.6. 247Compliance also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). SHRM Events's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
