# Under Trees vs Linea

The clearest difference is update cadence: Linea at every 2 days against Under Trees's every 8 days. Under Trees's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Under Trees sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Linea sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Under Trees ships an update every 8 days, Linea every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
