# Dopple.AI vs Palmsy

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Palmsy at none against Dopple.AI's 2. Palmsy also leads on review sentiment (75% vs 46%) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). Dopple.AI's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 22) and rating (4.3 vs 4.1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dopple.AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Palmsy asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dopple.AI holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dopple.AI has 1K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Dopple.AI's written reviews are positive against 75% of Palmsy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dopple.AI ships an update every 2 weeks, Palmsy every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
