# Secure Folder vs Voice Access

The clearest difference is ads: Voice Access at none against Secure Folder's shown. Voice Access also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). Secure Folder's advantage is review sentiment (31% vs 0%) and ratings volume (444 vs 7). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Secure Folder sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Voice Access sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Secure Folder against 4.4 for Voice Access. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Secure Folder has 444 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Secure Folder ships an update every 2 weeks, Voice Access every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
