# Nouview vs Viper Messenger

The clearest difference is update cadence: Viper Messenger at every 5 days against Nouview's every 2 weeks. Nouview's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nouview sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $13.99 per month and Viper Messenger sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nouview ships an update every 2 weeks, Viper Messenger every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
