# Shant vs Mazza Fresh

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mazza Fresh at 100% against Shant's 50%. Shant's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Shant holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shant has 1.2K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Shant's written reviews are positive against 100% of Mazza Fresh's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Shant ships an update every 3 weeks, Mazza Fresh monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
