# DecorAI vs Floor Plan Scanner

The clearest difference is rating: DecorAI at 4.6 against Floor Plan Scanner's 1.0. DecorAI also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 1). Floor Plan Scanner's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DecorAI sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Floor Plan Scanner sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DecorAI holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DecorAI has 1.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
