# Veras vs SFC Plus

Veras and SFC Plus both sit at 4.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 67% of Veras's written reviews are positive against 30% of SFC Plus's. SFC Plus's advantage is ratings volume (275 vs 59). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SFC Plus holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 59 and 275 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Veras's written reviews are positive against 30% of SFC Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Veras ships an update every 10 days, SFC Plus weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
