# Fix.it vs Aladdin

The clearest difference is update cadence: Aladdin at every 5 days against Fix.it's every 2 months. Aladdin also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). Fix.it's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Aladdin holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fix.it has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fix.it ships an update every 2 months, Aladdin every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and June 1, 2026 respectively.
