# FragranceX.com vs Elixir Attar

The clearest difference is ratings volume: FragranceX.com at 1.5K against Elixir Attar's 19. Elixir Attar's advantage is update cadence (every 4 months vs every 8 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for FragranceX.com against 4.8 for Elixir Attar. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FragranceX.com has 1.5K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FragranceX.com ships an update every 8 months, Elixir Attar every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
