# Voicepal vs Existence

The clearest difference is ads: Existence at none against Voicepal's shown. Existence also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 79%). Voicepal's advantage is ratings volume (652 vs 6). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Voicepal sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Existence sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Voicepal against 5.0 for Existence. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Voicepal has 652 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of Voicepal's written reviews are positive against 100% of Existence's.

Voicepal ships an update every 3 weeks, Existence every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
