# Echo Notes vs FocusOnly

The clearest difference is update cadence: Echo Notes at every 2 days against FocusOnly's every 5 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Echo Notes sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and FocusOnly sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Echo Notes ships an update every 2 days, FocusOnly every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
