# ELD Time vs Octransfer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Octransfer at every 3 days against ELD Time's every 9 days. ELD Time's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ELD Time ships an update every 9 days, Octransfer every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
