# Superfluent vs Duostories

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Duostories at none against Superfluent's 15. Superfluent's advantage is ratings volume (3.9K vs 6) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Superfluent sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $10.99 per month. Duostories asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Superfluent against 5.0 for Duostories. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Superfluent has 3.9K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Superfluent ships an update every 6 days, Duostories fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
