# Brushes for Procreate+ vs Premium Brushes

The clearest difference is ads: Premium Brushes at none against Brushes for Procreate+'s shown. Premium Brushes also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 9 months) and review sentiment (87% vs 60%). Brushes for Procreate+'s advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.4). Both are free to download. Brushes for Procreate+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Premium Brushes sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
