# BFQ App vs DAYSY

The clearest difference is update cadence: BFQ App at every 2 months against DAYSY's every 5 months. BFQ App also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BFQ App sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per month and DAYSY sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BFQ App ships an update every 2 months, DAYSY every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
