# Rokmate vs QR Code

The clearest difference is update cadence: QR Code at every 3 weeks against Rokmate's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rokmate sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and QR Code sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rokmate ships an update every 2 months, QR Code every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
