# Watch It Again vs RedRum TV

The clearest difference is update cadence: Watch It Again at every 5 weeks against RedRum TV's every 9 months. Watch It Again also leads on review sentiment (48% vs 33%). RedRum TV's advantage is rating (3.9 vs 3.6) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Watch It Again sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and RedRum TV sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RedRum TV holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 69 and 127 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Watch It Again's written reviews are positive against 33% of RedRum TV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Watch It Again ships an update every 5 weeks, RedRum TV every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
