# Ghost Notes™ Music vs PolyCyclo

The clearest difference is update cadence: PolyCyclo at every 4 days against Ghost Notes™ Music's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ghost Notes™ Music sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PolyCyclo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ghost Notes™ Music ships an update every 3 weeks, PolyCyclo every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
