# Challenge vs Energy

Both are free to download. Energy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Challenge asks for nothing beyond the download.

Challenge ships an update every 3 weeks, Energy every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on June 4, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
