# Karing vs Ghostlane

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Karing at 694 against Ghostlane's 7. Karing also leads on device support (5 vs 2). Ghostlane's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Karing against 4.7 for Ghostlane. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Karing has 694 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
