# Derinet vs TERGAN

The clearest difference is ads: TERGAN at none against Derinet's shown. TERGAN also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 7 months) and rating (4.4 vs 4.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TERGAN holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TERGAN has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
