# Explorito vs Pretalk

The clearest difference is ads: Pretalk at none against Explorito's shown. Pretalk also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Explorito sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Pretalk sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Explorito ships an update fortnightly, Pretalk weekly. Both last shipped on October 3, 2026.
