Throne is the health sensor for your toilet. It tracks your gut health and hydration automatically. Add context like meals, stress or travel in your Journal, and narrow down what's behind your bad gut days. Requires a Throne device (thronescience.com) and a Throne membership. YOU GO. THRONE DOES THE REST Throne clips onto your toilet and recognizes your phone when you're close by, so it records hands-free. After you flush, you get a report card comparing the visit with your normal. One charge lasts about 30 days. YOUR GUT, IN SIMPLE TERMS Throne's stool analysis is trained with practicing physicians. It tracks the form, color, frequency and timing of each bowel movement, and your Gut Health Score reflects your recent stool consistency and frequency. FIND WHAT AGREES WITH YOU Log meals, travel, stress or anything else in your Journal. Once something is logged on five days, Gut Health Coach compares your good and bad gut days to show what turns up most. It's a clue, not a cause. HYDRATION YOU CAN SEE Your Hydration Score, from the color of each pee, shows when you're running low, often before thirst catches up. BATHROOM HABITS Throne times each visit, including how long it takes to get going (time to first evacuation), so you can see whether going gets easier over time. FOR THOSE WHO STAND Pee standing up? Throne also estimates how your peak and average flow change over time. KNOW YOUR NORMAL Trends start with your first visit, and Throne keeps the history you'd otherwise flush away, so real changes stand out. Export a 90-day PDF or CSV to share with your doctor, dietitian or caregiver. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The camera faces down and sees only the bowl. Throne records only when it recognizes a member's phone close by or a member presses their button, so guests stay private. Your data is encrypted, and your health information is never shared without your permission. ONE THRONE, THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD Up to six people can share one device hands-free, each with their own private account. Up to two of them can also start and stop sessions by hand with the device's buttons. WHAT YOU NEED Each person needs their own membership, which includes unlimited tracking, your Journal and Gut Health Coach. Hands-free tracking needs Bluetooth, location and the Throne app running in the background. Location is only used to detect when your phone is near your Throne. Throne doesn't track, store or share where you go. Throne is a general wellness product, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition. Talk to a healthcare professional before changing your medications, diet or routine.
