# Photo Dump vs FPV

The clearest difference is rating: FPV at 5.0 against Photo Dump's 4.8. Photo Dump's advantage is ratings volume (41 vs 4) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Photo Dump sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and FPV sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FPV holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Photo Dump has 41 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Photo Dump ships an update every 5 days, FPV weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
