# CELPIP Sample Tests vs Knowable

The clearest difference is update cadence: Knowable at every 3 days against CELPIP Sample Tests's fortnightly. CELPIP Sample Tests's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CELPIP Sample Tests sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Knowable sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CELPIP Sample Tests ships an update fortnightly, Knowable every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
