# Musical Multiplication vs Hide & Keep

The clearest difference is update cadence: Hide & Keep at weekly against Musical Multiplication's every 2 months. Musical Multiplication's advantage is ratings volume (141 vs 5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Musical Multiplication sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Hide & Keep sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Musical Multiplication against 4.2 for Hide & Keep. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Musical Multiplication has 141 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Musical Multiplication ships an update every 2 months, Hide & Keep weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
