# J3U Coaching vs Milligram

The clearest difference is update cadence: Milligram at every 4 days against J3U Coaching's every 5 weeks. Milligram also leads on ratings volume (313 vs 1). J3U Coaching's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. J3U Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $99.99 per month and Milligram sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $17.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

J3U Coaching holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Milligram has 313 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

J3U Coaching ships an update every 5 weeks, Milligram every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
