# Sure VPN vs XyAnonymous

The clearest difference is ratings volume: XyAnonymous at 101 against Sure VPN's 15. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sure VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and XyAnonymous sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $15.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.1 for Sure VPN against 4.1 for XyAnonymous. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XyAnonymous has 101 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Sure VPN ships an update every 2 weeks, XyAnonymous weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
