# Aromatic Families vs E

The clearest difference is rating: E at 3.0 against Aromatic Families's 1.6. E also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). Aromatic Families's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 0%) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 6 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

E holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 1.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Aromatic Families's written reviews are positive against 0% of E's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Aromatic Families ships an update every 6 weeks, E every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
