# Zodangle vs Laguna

The clearest difference is rating: Zodangle at 5.0 against Laguna's 4.1. Zodangle also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.2). Laguna's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (72 vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Laguna sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Zodangle asks for nothing beyond the download.

Zodangle holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Laguna has 72 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Zodangle ships an update every 3 months, Laguna weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
