# Le Kabob vs MADBAR

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Le Kabob at none against MADBAR's 1. Le Kabob also leads on ratings volume (80 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.3). MADBAR's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 6 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MADBAR sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Le Kabob asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Le Kabob against 5.0 for MADBAR. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Le Kabob has 80 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Le Kabob ships an update every 6 months, MADBAR every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
