# While vs BestChest

The clearest difference is update cadence: BestChest at every 2 weeks against While's every 16 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. While sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.00 per month and BestChest sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

While ships an update every 16 months, BestChest every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
