# GolfRSS vs Shots2Points

The clearest difference is update cadence: Shots2Points at monthly against GolfRSS's every 4 months. Shots2Points also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GolfRSS sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Shots2Points sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GolfRSS ships an update every 4 months, Shots2Points monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
