# Body Count vs PolyRoots

The clearest difference is ads: Body Count at none against PolyRoots's shown. Body Count also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 12 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Body Count sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and PolyRoots sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Body Count ships an update every 2 months, PolyRoots every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
