# SnapSolve vs Whiz

SnapSolve and Whiz both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Whiz's written reviews are positive against 53% of SnapSolve's. SnapSolve's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (748 vs 168). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SnapSolve sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Whiz sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Whiz holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 748 and 168 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 53% of SnapSolve's written reviews are positive against 100% of Whiz's.

SnapSolve ships an update every 2 weeks, Whiz every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
