# Limit vs LIMIT

The clearest difference is rating: LIMIT at 4.3 against Limit's 3.4. LIMIT also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (22 vs 7). Limit's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Limit sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and LIMIT sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LIMIT holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 22 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Limit's written reviews are positive against 57% of LIMIT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Limit ships an update fortnightly, LIMIT every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 19, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
