# Lexy PDF Viewer vs Creati

The clearest difference is monetization model: Creati at free with in-app purchases against Lexy PDF Viewer's subscription. Creati also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (16K vs 185). Lexy PDF Viewer's advantage is review sentiment (68% vs 45%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lexy PDF Viewer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.90 per 7 days and Creati sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Lexy PDF Viewer against 4.5 for Creati. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Creati has 16K ratings behind it against 185, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 68% of Lexy PDF Viewer's written reviews are positive against 45% of Creati's.

Lexy PDF Viewer ships an update every 2 months, Creati every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
