# Taranis vs BSTN Store

Taranis and BSTN Store both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Taranis's written reviews are positive against 69% of BSTN Store's. Taranis also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). BSTN Store's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Taranis against 5.0 for BSTN Store.
