# Yesterdays vs Diggato

The clearest difference is rating: Diggato at 5.0 against Yesterdays's 4.6. Diggato also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and review sentiment (100% vs 89%). Yesterdays's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yesterdays sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year and Diggato sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Diggato holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yesterdays has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 89% of Yesterdays's written reviews are positive against 100% of Diggato's.

Yesterdays ships an update weekly, Diggato every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
