# Early Day vs Daily Routine Planner

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Early Day at 100% against Daily Routine Planner's 13%. Early Day also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). Daily Routine Planner's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (386 vs 5). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Daily Routine Planner sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Early Day asks for nothing beyond the download.

Daily Routine Planner holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Daily Routine Planner has 386 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Early Day's written reviews are positive against 13% of Daily Routine Planner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Early Day ships an update every 5 weeks, Daily Routine Planner every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
